At the A/C condenser fan relay harness connector:
  • With a voltmeter’s red lead touching the Yel/Wht wire terminal and voltmeter’s black lead touching body/chassis ground, is there power/voltage with the ignition on?
  • With voltmeter’s red lead touching the Wht wire terminal and voltmeter’s black lead touching body/chassis ground, is there power/voltage? The Wht wire should have power/voltage at all times.

It's in the front left corner of the engine compartment. It is the relay closest to the windshield fluid reservoir.

Alright ill likely hold off until tomorrow for that. Thank you for all the help so far, seriously you have given the best guidance i could ask for. Do you happen to know the Resistances for the Temp switch at given temperatures? I'v been trying to google them for the last half hour. I want to test the temp switch before just replacing it.

Engine coolant temperature Switch A is a normally open type of switch.

Generally, Switch A should close above 194 degrees F (93 degrees C) and the resistance show about zero ohms when closed; or just check for continuity when it is closed.

this bottom left terminal is either blue and yellow or blue, but had 11.4 volts with the key in the ON position. Is that terminal supposed to be live with the key on?

Blue wire is for the ground signal (coming from either Temp. Switch A if closed, ECM or radiator fan control module) to close the relay (the relay is normally open) to run the fan; Blue wire should have no power/voltage. If it shows voltage, there is a possibility of a short somewhere, where a power wire is touching this Blue wire or a component is shorting the Blue wire. Check this Blue wire again to make sure whether it has power. Voltmeter black lead should be touching body/chassis ground in the test and voltmeter's red lead touching Blue wire terminal.

The Blue/Yellow wire is to provide power to the fan motor, which comes from the White wire when the A/C condenser fan relay contacts closes. This Blue/Yellow wire should show no power/voltage if it is disconnected from the relay. The Blue/Yellow wire should only show power if it was connected to the relay and the relay contacts closed.

It looks like the wiring may possibly be like this attached image. There should be no power to the Blue wire.
