Stalled out with NO power. Lights, signals, nothing worked. Waited about a minute then it started up again. Starter has been replaced and coils, etc. Why would it suddenly just die?

 

Starter and coil wouldn't cause no power across the board. I'd start by disconnecting the battery and clean all ends of both battery cables and bolts with a wire brush or sandpaper.

Another item that can cause your symptoms is the electrical portion of the ignition switch. When the engine is running, try shaking the key to see if the engine stalls out.
