93 Accord High Beam Problem

We just bought this Accord and the high beam lights don't work. The bulbs have been checked and are fine. When we try to turn the high beams on, the light on the dash that would normally show they are on, is not lit. The high beam switch ( inside the engine compartment fuse box) clicks when we try to turn the high beams on. The DRL dash light is lit when the car is running though we're not sure if the two are connected. Can anyone help?
Thanks

The dimmer relay must close to enable high beams. Even though you hear it click, the contacts may be burnt preventing a good ground for high beams. The high beam indicator and high beam are grounded through the dimmer relay (under hood fuse box). Since you hear it click, the column switch is driving the relay, but relay is not closing for some reason. Other possibility is a wiring fault in high beam circuit, but that is much less likely than faulty dimmer relay.
