93 accord lx new brake booster but pedal still hard

i have a 93 accord lx, ive just changed the brake booster but the pedal is still hard..does any one know what the problem could be...ive changed the rear drum brake pads too...

Got vacuum? (is the check-valve backwards?)

Did you check/adjust the pushrod length to the pedal?
