93 Accord rough idle and fuel smell

RE: 93 Accord rough idle and fuel smell
Ok I just fogged my neighborhood with Seafoam and did another compression test. The results are 1-205, 2-202, 3-205, 4-205. This was done the same way I did the last test with the motor hot and the throttle wide open. The first time I forgot to open the throttle and the resuts were 20 psi less accross the board. The idle did seem to smooth out a bit, but still seems rougher than it should be.

Front 'dogbone' motor mount, the rubber will break out of the top; rear subframe motor mount is vacum controlled and the 'shift' linkage can come unhooked.

Don't worry yet about the EGR ports plugged up, that will have no effect on idle.
but here is a link about cleaning them;

Another way to help clean injectors is to rev the engine to around 5K RPM and then pinch off the Press Reg vacum line, and let the RPM drop back down.
Keep the vacum line pinched for 5-10 seconds.

One of the first things I checked and replaced were the front and rear motor mounts. Let me tell you that was lots of fun. I eventested the vacuum solinod for the rear motor mount and all was good. I also tested the new motor mount prior to installaling it. I really didn't want do this job twice.
I'll hold off on the EGR ports for now until I get the idle figured out, but thanks for the link.
I still can't figure out how the air boost valve works. I took it apart and it seems like pressure not vacuum needs to be applied to close the valve. Appling vacuum only opens the valve more. What am I missing here?
One other observation is that when I arrived at work today and put in park the car idled perfectly for a few minutes. Then started acting up again. Kinda disproves my injector theory, but makes a stronger case for a sensor or something along those line. Are there any other valves or solinods that would affect idle?

An air leak somewhere seems most likely fault. Why not try spraying throttle body cleaner around throttle body, injectors, intake manifold seams looking for a change in idle when the cleaner is pulled into the engine.
A problem such as yours is very difficult to pinpoint and a lot of patience and persistence is needed.
good luck

I'll have to give that a try. I did mess with it a bit more this weekend, but the only thing I accomplished was to re-adjust my cold start idle. I also believe I located my fuel leak as I found what looks to be a leak on the #4 injector at the fuel rail. I cleaned it off and I will recheck it in a few days to see if the build-up has returned.
