93 accord wont start

93 accord wont start
so this car is drivin me crazy i cnt figure out y it wont start....
i have put so many new parts on this car it isnt funny...
its got a new starter new plugs wires icm ignition coil distributor waterpump timing belt alternator battery
it not throwin any codes the chenk engine light dosnt stay on i have fuel i have spark ive even had the compression checked
sometimes i can get it to start(not very often) but when it does start it runs and drives fine dosent miss or smoke or backfire
CAN SOMEBODY please help a girl out...lol

Although, what's done is done, a diagnostic regarding the starting problem could have actually saved money.
