94 accord - belts

Default 94 accord - belts
Both belts popped off their tracks while i was driving today, how and why would this happen?

Damaged crankshaft pulley (loose outer rim that is wobbling). Inspect before reinstalling belts. Any looseness would be amplified while spinning.
