94 accord lx 4cyl,no gas

hi all,new to the fourm my name is shawn and my accord is giving me fits,im getting no power to my fuel pump,checked relay it was bad(per the check in the haynes manual)replaced it and nothing,i am not getting power to the "green/white" wire in the harness that the relay plugs into under the dash or no power to the yellow/black wire that goes to the fuel pump behind the back seat the other 2 wires are reading roughly 5 volts,I have no idea what the heck it could be?PLEASE help,it is a 94 accord 4cyl,power everything,thanks for any and all help Shawn

Open the fuel and emissions pdf. Go through the tests on the plug to the MFR that start on page 11-96. There are a couple of voltage sources for the MFR. They list the fuses to check if the reading is not correct.
Also turn the ignition switch to the II position. Check that the yel/blk wire that goes into the distributor has 12V to body ground.
Check that the batter has 12V over the posts. Also check that all of ends of the battery cables are clean and secure.
You can reset the ECU by pulling the 7.5 amp radio/backup fuse in the engine bay fuse box. There are instructions on that dhost page on getting the CEL codes.
