Thanks! I'm guessing that there will be opposing pressure when I try to screw in the piston?

I just took an old 3/8 drive socket and welded a flat bar of steel to the end that way I can use it with my 3/8 ratchet. That is if you have access to a welder or have one.

This link explains how the rear brake piston works (page 4), the Honda rear caliper system is pretty much identical.
