Angry 94 accord lx tps voltage

i replaced the tps on my 94 accord lx . when i tried to calibrate it the voltage stayed at 2.8volts. replaced that tps with another new tps and its reading 2.9 volts.does that signal come from the ecu? im at a loss here. i had the head rebuilt after that is when the tps code appeared.

Ok, what wire colors are on the 3-pin connector at the TPS? What wire are you connecting for the Red + volt meter lead? What wire or other location like - battery terminal are you connecting the black - volt meter lead for ground?

Please verify the wires colors to the TPS:
grn/blu, red/blk, and yel/blu.

It is possible to switch the map and tps connectors. Map wire colors are:
yel/wht, grn/wht, and wht/yel.

Your voltage readings don't make sense. Test your volt meter across the battery terminals to ensure you read 12V.
