What issue are you actually having

 

tps signal must be 0.5 v close mode but mine is 24 v so tps is fail i need oem one

 

Honda does not sale the TPS separately. You must get the whole TB assembly (16400-RAA-A63) or go to the junk yard. If you only want to the TPS then Dorman 977023. The manufacturer part number for the TPS is HAJT7HARK which is found by JT7HA.
