Hi Accord LX automatic 4 cyl and the stick is hard to shift back and forth and it just started doing this all of a sudden. Can anyone help me??

Shifter cable may be binding. Cable replacement or removal, clean, and lube may be indicated. You could disconnect from trans and check that effort is still too high to confirm dragging cable.

Procedure is well described in Honda Shop Manual, but looks tedious requiring removal of Exhaust pipe B (converter section from manifold to rear).
