it gets fuel when i turn the key on, cause it starts then dies. so i sprayed carb cleaner when i was starting it and it kept running til i stopped spraying. so its not getting fuel once it starts. one plug wire is corroded under the boot on the dist cap. could that casue something to stop the fuel. anyone know what i should check now? i can hear the fuel pump, and just changed the filter.

0k ,, nOw we are getting somewhere ,, you need to chk if there is power and ground available at fuel pump connector.

First thing chk the fuse , under dash fuse box,, fuse # 5 , 7.5 amps

have someone crank the engine as if starting it,, have a test lite or multimeter

while cranking ,you should have power at the black/yellow wire at fuel pump
and ground on the black wire

If you get both
, and you are getting no fuel.. could be a bad fuel pump ( most likely ) or a totally plugged fuel filter

if no ground , repair it ,,easy fix

if no power,, could be a bad main relay , bad wiring from relay to pump..

next step ,chk to see if there is power at main relay connector, black/yellow wire .( while cranking) .
.If there is power there,
and no power at same color wire at pump connector you got a wiring issue from relay to pump.

if there is no power at the black/yellow at main relay connector,, remove the relay and chk for cracked solderings .., repair and retry it

keep us updated

If the injectors are not working, there are some initial tests that can be done in the shop manual. The thread in the DIY section titled ACC 5th Gen has a link to a site with an electronic shop manual for a 94 accord.

I just want to doublecheck this. When you jump the service connector, there are no codes stored on the ECU? The MFR can fail in a way that will disable the fuel injectors. It should set a code 16. The first link describes the MFR in detail and the second one describes how it can fail.

ok not the main relay got 1 and still f'ed. jumped the service connectors and got code 15 and 7 from the check engine light, and the d4 blinked and gave me 13,14,1.7.and 8, what you think could all this go wrong and no check engine light, or is the ecu bad??

You need to read and correct your last post. In first line you say you got codes 15 & & from the Check Engine Light and in 2nd sentence you ask how all this could go wrong w/ no check engine light. To get good help you need to deliver good detail on your problem.

good luck

when you jump the connector and read the codes you are getting all codes, stored and active.
