I need a fuse diagram for the fuse blocks in a 94 honda accord. my windows wont work after installing a new deck and fixing my cigarette lighter. all the fuses seem to be fine but i want to know where to focus my attention.

 

Check Online Manuals link under DIY section for 94-97 Accord manual. This will have fuse diagrams and locations.

Did you check the underdash (driver's side) fuse box for bad fuses?

yeah i checked both fuse boxes. i think the inside fuse box is not getting power so ill have to check that out tonight.

They do share a common fuse, no. 15 a 50A fuse in the underhood fuse box. However, you should have lot's of electrical circuits dead besides power windows and cigarette lighter; hazard warning lights, turn signal, horn, ECU. It shouldn't be running, so maybe some wiring errors or damage.
