Alarm systems can cause all kinds of strange problem when they malfunction.

Remove the viper control unit and see if there is anything burned or damaged on the circuit board.

There is nothing burnt or damaged on the circuit board of the security system but the car is acting up again. What controls the ground pulse on a honda? I know the computers dont go out often but can it be the computer going crazy on me? If so, does anyone have one at a decent price?
