Default 94 Honda Accord EX with Leaking Crossover Pipe

I am trying to replace the Connecting Pipe on my Honda with 296k miles on it. It is leaking at the O ring end where it goes into the water pump. I have done a search on this site and can't find anything on this topic. I understand this is a common problem as the pipe itself rusts out in addition to both o rings going bad. Here is a scemantic:

How do I remove this pipe? It is impossible to do it from above. The intake manifold and throttle intake is right in the way. On the throttle intake, there are several bolts that can be removed. However, the last bolt is wedged in against the firewall and impossible to remove. How do I do this job?

I found this video where this guy has the same car as mine (F22B1) and the same problem as I do. Start at 2:40.

Please help?

I've done cylinder head which requires access to same area but does not remove xover pipe. I found following thread which may help.
