95 Accord 4Cyl/Automatic Speed Sensor?
Speedo dead, transmission drive light flashing. Sounds like VSS to me.
I have a part (looks like DORMAN 911751 if you wouldn't mind googling), that i ordered at oreilly, is that the wrong one, and I need part (looks like STANDARD MOTOR PRODUCTS SC244), because on rockauto most descriptions of the one i ordered at oreilly mentions manual trans?
And, uh, where the heck is this thing located?
Thanks!

You should check for codes to see why the D4 light flashes. Its simple to do. See the common diy thread on top of the gen tech help section for a write-up checking engine codes.
The VSS is on the transmission way below the distributor/air duct to give you a general idea.

I'll put it on ASAP and report back. If D4 stops flashing and speedo works again, all is well, otherwise, yup, I have to pull codes.
I do have a question, what's the best way to clean tje junkyard sensor? The part outside the tranny is really dirty, and the part inside is dirty with a little tranny fluid on it. Should I just spray it with brake-clean?
