95 Accord blinkers blow fuse

The 7.5A blinker fuse blowsintermittenly and the 15A hazard fuse seems to blow pretty regularly if used. I've taken out the frontlenses and checked thewiring at the lightsand also checked the wiring at the back lights and it looks ok. I've dug around under the dash some but have yet to tear into it any further. I'm hoping someone else has experienced a similiar issuewith this year model. I have a voltmeter handy if someone knows a good place to take some measurements. My niece purchased the car from a dealership (as is of course) and at that time the dealership hadthesteering column coverpulled off so there was probably an issuefrom the get go.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply! The wiring all looks stock. (The dealershipgave herthe single owner little old lady speech.) I did check the wire terminal lugs at the fuse block under the hood to make sure theywere tight. One more note: A week or two after my 16 year old niece got the car she did break the front lens and damaged the fender slightly on the drivers side as shewas backing out of the church parking lot! The damage wasn't very badbut the repairplace wound up replacing theleft front fender and blinker/parking lightlens. When I had the lens outI looked to see ifnew fender wascrimping anything but didn't see anything.I suppose it could be.
I would look around at the area of the accident,( blinker lense , ) for a pinched wire or a bare power wire being grounded
if it blows a fuse ,you got a power wire shorting to ground
