I think I found the problem!I was sent a schematic picture that shows a Starter cut out relay under the driver side panel, it has four wires on it a black 12gage, dark green12g, an orange12g and a red/white 18g. I removed the relay and the car would not start,I opened the relay but all I can see was the coil very discolored. I put in a new relay 12v with diode. I have not had this no start problem once since. I'm still not 100% but it feels like this was the problem
