Suggest trying to adjust idle air flow by disconnecting iacv electrically and adjusting bypass bleed screw to obtain about 550 rpm +/- 50 rpm. If turning the bleeder has no impact, the iacv passages are blocked somewhere.

good luck

*UPDATE**

Was on my honeymoon so thats why the lul...Anyways, Ive changed the IAC and FITV..Upon changing them the idle issue was fixed it seem. When I would take it out of gear and put it into neutral the rpm's would go down like normal. But the next time I got in the car everything went back to the same problem. "Idle would climb when i put it in neutral and stay at around 2k rpm's...Then as im just about at a complete stop the rpm's would drop to around 500 and then raise up to around 700. What should i try next?

Post the wire colors going to the TPS, the MAP sensor, and the IACV.

Suggest cleaning the throttle plate carefully, back and front. It may be sticking partially open, then going closed. This may have caused a misadjustment of base idle.

High idle indicates air leakage from somewhere. EGR sticking open, PCV sticking open.

Has base idle adjustment been performed?

good luck

I know im reviving an old thread, but I finally got this issue fixed and just wanted to let it be known. I dont know why it was this issue, but it seems to have been. I just replaced my clutch and all the above idle issues are now gone.
I know its a last resort, but i never would of changed it if it hadnt gone out and i would of just lived with the issue.
Thanks to all who helped when you did
