Default 95 Accord LX, transmission replacement help

My transmission finally just went out so I'm swapping it with another one and following the shop manuals instructions, but I was wondering if all accessories need to come off or if it'll come out with some still on? And if there's any tips anyone can give me?

If you are just doing a replacement then all parts can be reused. As far as tips that depends on if you have and auto or manual. I have to assume you have an auto since the manuals rarely fail unless not maintained properly. Either replacement is pretty simple especially if you lower the subframe bolts a bit.

I do have an automatic transmission. I'm not familiar with the subframe bolts, could you elaborate?

They should be the 17mm head bolts that hold the sub frame to the body of the car. Lower them a bit to get better access for dropping the transmission. But I caution you to not forget to re tighten them prior to driving.
