Default 95 Accord LX V6 Check Engine

I hate to post tis question but I have exhausted my own knowledge and options for figuring it out.
95 Accord LX V6 throwing a P1753 and P0740 w/blinking D4 code but has none of the assoiated problems with it. Car shifts fine through all gears. No high rpm before shift. Moves in all gears 2nd has no problems at all.
I have checked the TCC and it ohms at 15.9 and has clicks as it is supposed to. Filters are clean, fluid is clean, fluid is at proper level and I cant find a bad connection or a grounded wire.
I have scoured the net looking for another solution and have gotten a whole lot of babble and no clear direction.
I am hoping someone can help me figure this out as I am at replacing the TCC just to rule it out for sure. Just a little choked up on the 200 price tag.

Thanks

The codes are for a problem with lockup solenoid circuit not the shift solenoid. The problem can be the solenoid, the wiring, or the PCM.

You will have to rule each one out. Start with the resistance test on the lockup solenoid.
