Default 95 accord no power to the fuel pump.

It’s a 95 accord vtec. I used a test light to see no power was going to fuel pump. I’ve put in a new 12 volt main relay and I’ve put in a different ecu. The old one had a burnt resister. The fuel pump is new. I also checked the fuses.

The check engine light stays on. I’ve cleaned a few grounds but I don’t know where they all are. the car was getting water into the floors but I’ve fixed that and couldn’t find any corrosion in the connectors. The green wire that goes to the main relay has a wire extending it. I’m pretty sure it’s the ecu wire. I’ve also checked the relay and there isn’t power going to the fuel or the ecu but there is power going to the relay.

car was running fine until it got cold.

The pin numbering for the MFR electrical connector is, where X doesn't have a pin.

12X3
4567

Unplug the MFR electrical connector.
Use your test light to verify pin 7 has 12V all the time (red/wht wire).
Use your test light to verify pin 5 has 12V when you turn the key to the II position (wht/grn wire).

I’m not sure which of the 3 connectors you want me to test.

I tested all of them with the key off and the only one that had power was a (yellow and white) wire on the medium size connector. The rest had none.

the only two )green and white) wires were on the medium sized connector. On has brown on it and the other has silver. When the key is turned on there is only power to the one with I’m
brown spots on it.

I think you are talking about the ECU.

The MFR is a relay under the driver's dash. The MFR is in the general area across from your right knee when sitting in the driver's seat. There should be some youtube videos showing people removing MFRs from 94-97 accords that will help you find the location.

When I type red/wht wire, that is a red wire with a white stripe.

Okay when testing the main fuel relays connector none of them have power. Only when I turn the key to position ll it sends power to the red/white wire.

also it does not have a green/white only green/black and white/green.

I'm going off the shop manual for your car. What is the wire color going into pin #7?

If we’re going off how you ordered it. It’s green with a black strip.

also the main relays dont have a four. They skip it so it goes up to 8.

the left side goes 1357 and the right side goes 2x68

This picture is off the shop manual I used for my 95 EX accord. If this matches your MFR connector, then we can use this diagram to keep things simple. We can figure out the issue if this picture doesn't match your accord's setup.

Okay that looks pretty much right to me. But still with the connector unplugged the only one that has power is the red and white wire when it’s in position ll. No others have power at anytime.

Just want to make sure you don't go down the wrong path. The #7 wht/grn wire should have constant 12V from the battery.

Upstream is a 15 amp ECU fuse in the engine bay fuse box. Replace the fuse if it is blown. If fuse is good, use the test light to check that each tab on the fuse has 12V from the top with the fuse plugged in.
