Default 95 accord wont start

First, I have read many posts on this subject but haven't been able to figure it out. I have limited ability and tools....so.... my 95 Accord, manual transmission was running great and then just wouldn't start. No clicking at all. Lights and radio work...lights don't dim when turning the key. Rolled it down a small hill and 'clutch' started it to get it home, so it stills runs, just a big nothing when you turn the key. I have not found any kind of alarm system, so I don't think that's it. I removed the steering cowling and the 'little white circular' thing opposite side from the key appears to be new...no corrosion. Ideas?

Do you have a volt meter or test light?

Also since this is a manual trans, look on the floor on the drivers side for strange "plastic" pieces......something like this pic

I think I do have a volt meter...and...I seem to recall seeing something similar to the picture you sent...although it would have been a while before the problem started

Find the volt meter.

The small wire to the starter, pull it off - it is a simple "push on spade" connector under the boot.

As someone tries to start the car - measure the voltage on that wire - are you getting voltage to that "end/wire"?

Got a brand or something? I might be able to find a user manual thru google or something to help out.

You can try a few things. It should have a black and red "probe"......try to find a "voltage" setting - touch the black probe to the battery ground and the red to the positive on the battery......do you get a reading of ~12 somthing on the the meter?

It's a Sperry SP-5A. I checked it on the battery and got a reading, but unsure which scale to read or where to set the dial. I tried to send a picture but the post rejected it
