95 ex f22a1 wants to be DOHC

Is there a DOHC head that would fit on my F22A1 block? My friend who has a 99 Prelude thinks the H22 head may work. any input

In general, an H-head will bolt to an F-block. You'll need the H ECU, some custom wiring, different timing belt, etc. Many people claim it's easier to swap the whole H-series engine.
