95 ex Honda Accord speedometer, Help
I have a 95 honda accord ex 4cyl auto, It happen two days ago on my way to school, i usually just start the car and go then my speedometer stop working, D4 light on the dash board started blinking, engine check light goes on, abs light goes on, then after when its running for awhile it stop, check engine light goes off, the D4 light stop blinking, speedometer works normal. it only happens the first time i start the car. is it my cluster going out or is it something more serious?

The D4 and CEL means that the ECU detected a problem. You can get the cel codes by following the instructions in the link called ACC 5th gen... in the DIY forum.
I will tell you that the vehicle speed sensor or the wiring to it are the likely problem and is pretty simple to repair. Short the connector and count the check engine light, the D4 light, and the ABS light. The CEL and D4 have codes 1 to whatever. The abs codes are 1-2, 1-2, 2-2, etc.

thank you very much, i tried it and the D4 blinks 4Xfast, CEL 1 fast and 7 long (VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor), is that hard to replace? is it expensive?
