95 honda accord speedo drops

Default 95 honda accord speedo drops
If you turn on the turn signal the speedo bounces back and forth to zero with the turn signal, any ideas?

I checked battery voltage 13.2 , with lights and a/c on 12.2, so I am guessing alternator is done?

Sounds like it. I was going to suggest you check your grounds.

checked grounds, saw battery light in cluster never comes on, bulb or whatever, still leary on alternator bad, does a 95 have a ELD?

Honestly I don't know. I thought that came along later. I'd replace the bulb though.

FYI I took alternator to O'Reilly's and their test said it failed, out of stock, wait till tomorrow

My 95 Integra had an ELD, so I imagine the 95 Accord would have one.

alternator in and all is good, battery indicator in dash works now too, yay!
