Although not quite as similar as the Civic/Integra ECUs of this era, the Prelude + Accord ECUs are clearly from the same design group.
P0 A : 94-95 OBD-1 Accord EX
P0 B? : 92-95 OBD-1 Accord 2.2L (??? F22B SOHC non-vtec)
P0 C : 92-95 OBD-1 Accord 2.2L (??? F22B DOHC non-vtec)
PT3 : 90-93 OBD-1 Accord F22A1
PT5 : 90-93 OBD-1 EDM Accord F20A7
PT6? : 91-93 Accord, non-VTEC OBDI Accord with F22A6 motor (IAB intake manifld)
Hope you're not going to attempt chipping the thing... good luck.

The 95 V6(C27 engine)is OBDII, not OBDI- that is the first Accord Honda introduced OBDII to my knowledge

Yeah I think those are all F-series variants...but whatever. I haven't seen the ECU code anywhere because no one wants to tough them.

Peel back the passenger footwell carpet, remove the (4) 10mm nuts and pull the kickplate out. ECU code will be on a label on the ECU. Ta dah!

Yeah I wasn't sure if we answered his question or not. I do not know the exact number, since I have never wanted to peel back the carpet and inspect the ECU in my 95 (Although I almost did at one time when I was trying to diagnose a problem).

But I do know for a fact that the 95 V6 Accords are OBDII. The connector port is behind the ashtray. i have had codes read with an OBDII scanner several times.
