Default 96 Accord 2.7L Sedan AT

My problem is simply (Ha Ha Ha famous last words), I am not able to operate any power windows, power sunroof, and/or getting power to the factory clock. These where all working till I shorted the clock by mistake repairing it while it was plugged in.

Using my Fluke:
I have checked all the fuses under the driver side dash and the under the passenger side hood. They are all good.
I performed a continuity test from connector grounds to chassis. They are all good.
I removed, inspected, and tested all relays. They are all good.
I performed continuity test from the clock connector power pin to the Battery 100A fuse under the hood. Failed (Open)
I tested voltage using chassis ground for voltage in fuse box under hood. 12v to all fuses except: Power Window RR-R 20A; Power Window FR-R 20A; Power Window RR-L 20A; Power Window FR-L 20A; R-Headlight 20A; L-Headlight 20A.
I tried to go thru a repair manual but the power seems to be confusing to me.

Check the "large amp" fuses in the under hood fuse panel.......sounds like one of them went (windows, 80/100 amp #15 under hood?). Are you getting power to the under dash fuse panel for the window fuse(s).

BTW, I hate...let me repeat, I hate electrical issues

I did check all the fuses, however since you ask I did again. The 100A fuse does have power and is good. The 50A Ignition switch fuse also has power and is good.

There is no Window fuse(s) in the under dash panel. There is a Sunroof relay fuse and it is good and has power.

I am thinking maybe along the lines of the "Integrated Control Unit"... I think!? Can anyone say why I shouldn't? Any electronics guru's ever tried to repair one on a circuit level? Assuming it can be cracked open and it is not jelly insulated like MOPAR computers.

So I'm confused.....the fuses you list in your post have no voltage?

Power window and sunroof circuit in regards to above:
Check the No. 10 (10A) fuse (located in the interior fuse box) for the power window relay. If this fuse is okay, the other components that may be causing no power to the above window fuses would be the power window relay, (located in the under-hood fuse/relay box), grounds G401 and G403, or wiring.

I know you stated you checked the relays; however, just for giggles, swap the radiator fan relay with the power window relay (they should be identical type relays and located next to each other in the under-hood fuse/relay box).

The clock circuit is separate; so, check the above first to see if one problem can be isolated and fixed. Clock and no power to headlight fuses may be related to combination light switch or possibly dimmer.

I will check the grounds.

I did swap them... It did not work however.

The headlights work. There is no power to the fuse till the switch is on. I just stated the fuse states with the "key on" status.

Thank you all for your input thus far... I am sure I am missing something, Just don't know what yet. I will go over what has been stated from everyone once more in case I missed something or inaccurately read my tests.
