Default 96 accord ex 2.2 vtech bogs at 3000 rpm

hi i have a96 accord it bogs bad at 3000 rpm dosent have a check ingine lite on it starts with the foot on the pedal can some help me iv checked and replaced a few thing on the spark

I'm not sure I understand. The CEL doesn't come on at all? Or the CEL comes on "with the foot on the pedal"...? If so, what's the error code?

What things did you replace "on the spark"? General tune-up or did you have reason to suspect these things?

general tune up and the cel doesnt come on at all today i cleaned the intake manifold all im thinking is the timeing jumped or a o2 sensor theres nothing else i can think of

it also like back fires from the intake

Well, I guess it would be good to rule out a timing problem if you even suspect it enough to mention. You can remove the upper timing cover & check the camshaft timing marks then you will KNOW if the camshaft timing is OK or not.

I think a bad O2 sensor wouldn't just be specifically at 3000 rpm. And more likely a bad O2 sensor would set off the CEL.

There's a kind of stumbling behavior at certain RPM if your EGR ports are clogged. Search for "EGR cleaning" becase I haven't done that myself.

ok the timeing is fine the egr ports were just cleaned and now the car does not start but i herd my main relay makeing a weird sound when i was turning over the engine

Sometimes symptoms like this are sometimes the result of connectors being accidentally swapped. Check the MAP and TPS sensor connectors and the IACV and IAT sensor connectors. See if they've been swapped.
