96 Accord Fans Won't Work
So I've already replaced both the fan relay thingy and the fan fuse, and neither did anything. Turning on the AC does nothing. I /think/ a corroded wire going into the fuse block might be the culprit, but I honestly do not know. I have a couple questions.
A. How do I test the fans to see if they work, at the very least the radiator fan?
B. I've tried PB Blasting the screws connecting the wires to the block and still cannot undo them. Any other ideas?

I will assume this is a four cylinder? If it is a V6, then ignore the information. Put your vehicles information in your signature, so we don't have to ask.
Before we start testing, both fans turn on to cool the radiator when the engine is running even though they are called radiator or a/c condenser fans.
1. There is a green electrical connector on the thermostat housing. It has two wires on the electrical connector. With the car turned off, unplug that connector, take a piece of wire and jump the connector with a piece of wire. Turn the key to the II position. Both fans should turn on.
2. What wires are you talking about?
