Fans do not work.

There is a two-wire thermoswitch A on the thermostat housing below and behind the distributor. You will need to pull the intake duct for access.
Remove the connector from thermoswitch A, short the two connectors w/ a jumper wire, and turn keyswtich to ON. Both fans should come on and run. If fans run, a failed thermoswitch A is confirmed. Replace thermoswitch A w/ new OEM unit.
These fans will only run when coolant temps is > 194F. I've found that many times the engine runs sligtly cooler than this and fans never come on. There is enough cooling air from forward speed to maintain coolant temp.
