Default 96 Honda accord won't start

Not sure where to post but I'm having issues with my 96 Honda accord and issue I'm having is brake lights work and horn works but nothing else works. Lights don't work, radio doesn't work, won't crank, car acts like battery is dead but got battery checked and it's like new. Tried jumpstarting, don't do a thing. Checked connections from the battery and they all seem good and clean. Was working perfectly fine. Light was left on in car last night which killed the battery but is like new as i said above, took charge fine put it in the car nothing.... took it back and was told battery is perfect....Not sure what it could be.

Welcome!
I think you'll have better luck in the General Tech area so I moved it.

Any chance you accidentally reversed the charger connection when initially trying to charge the battery?

Check all of your fuses. Especially the big fuses.
