Default 97 accord died. Will turn over, but won't start.

I'm sure this is the millionth "car died, won't start" post, but I need some help.
The past 5 times I've driven my car it had trouble starting up, it would turn over kind of slow and then finally fire up.
The last time I drove it, I put $25 in the tank, drove about 5 miles and then it just cut out. It sputtered, then stalled.
All the dash lights/headlights/radio stayed on, but the engine just died.
It would turn over, but it wouldn't start up.
I got it towed home, waited until the next day, hooked it up to some jumper cables ( I had drained the battery out trying to start it) And the same thing is going on: It will turn over, but it won't start.
I thought maybe the main fuel relay, but I can hear the fuel pump prime when I turn it to accessory. I can also here the "3 clicks" in each key position.
I tried diagnosing it using this: CEL Check Engine Light

but I am only getting 1 quick blink, which would be the O2 sensor.

Should I just try replacing the main fuel relay anyways?
Could it be the distributor?

I don't know a whole lot about cars, so anything will help.

Thanks

Do you have a test light or volt meter? If so, check for 12v on the BLK/YEL wire at the dist with key on/position two.

If you have a timing light, check for spark while trying to crank the car.

I don't know what the "12v on the BLK/YEL wire at the dist" is.
I checked the fuses, I can hear the fuel pump prime, I put new cap, rotor, plugs, and wires on it, it seems to be getting spark, but it just won't start

Need to verify spark or lack of. Checking for 12v on the blk/yel would confirm voltage TO the dist. In the link below there are a few methods of checking for spark.
