i have a nice 97 accord, recently i've had a few electrical problems start. first it was the lights for the instruments, they started flickering by themselves and when i mess with the switch. now, the horn honks whenever the lights are on and it's usually in time with the flickering. i can't find any help in the haynes manual and am at a complete loss as to what to do. please help?

 

sounds like a bad ground...but I'm not sure I never heard of this happening.
