Default 97 Accord ignition coil

I have a 97 accord v6 non vtec and the tachometer bounces around and it through a check engine code. It was thevehicle speed sensor but i was told by a lot of people that it wasn't that it was a bad ignition coil. How the heck do i change the coil i cant seem to get to all of the bolts and is there a way to test the coil. This is my first post and look forward to posting again thanks for the info and help

VSS should cause flaky speedo, not tach. Reset ECU & see if VSS code comes back.

I dont have a V6 so cant help with the brackets.
