I am new to the forum! I have '97 Accord with rear door lock issues. The locks will only open in the Summer time when it's ~70 degrees and above. It also takes several times using the key from the outside or the door lock switch on the inside to get the locks to actuate either lock or unlock. What is causing this?

 

Have you pulled the panels and tested the actuators? While there you could clean and lube them.
