Hey everyone, I searched but could not find the answer to this problem. I'm trying to program my 97 Special Edition. It has two keyless remotes without batteries, and when I go to put in a new battery in either remote, the red light stays constantly lit (without me pressing any buttons). Is that supposed to happen? None of the buttons are jammed. Anyway, I tried to program the remotes according to the procedure I've found here, but it did not work. Are the remotes just faulty?
