98 Accord Ex 3.0L with P0420 code

98 Accord Ex 3.0L with P0420 code - Please Help
Hello,
I am new to this forum. I bought a 98 Accord EX 3.0L from my friend a couple years ago. I am getting a P0420 code. He gave me all the paperwork he had and he had the cat and 02 sensor changed at 74,000 miles. I currently have 125,000 miles. Is it possible the cat and, or 02 sensor needs to be changed again? What else could be the issue? From everything I have been reading online, people have had power lose which I do not. I also do not smell any gas under the hood coming from the injectors and the 02 sensor connector is tight. Thanks for any suggestions in advance.
BTW, the cat part number on the paperwork is 18160-P8F-305
