When the car doesn't start after it stalls, describe what happens. Does the starter turn the engine at all?
Take the car to autozone and have them read the codes, then post them on here.
You should diagnose this problem when it isn't starting.
Check that all of the battery connections are clean and tight. While you are at Autozone, have them test the battery and alternator just in case there is something wrong there.
When the car isn't starting, try to listen for the fuel pump to kick on when you turn the key to the on position. Its a whirl sound and lasts for a couple of seconds when you turn the key. You might have to listen at the gas cap when someone else turns the key to on. If you can get a fuel pressure gauge on there, it can pretty much eliminate a fuel pump or pressure regulator problem. HondaDude is right about checking the vacuum line to the pressure regulator.
Does the tach go up to 4000 rpms, or is the engine actually getting up to 4000 rpms? Does the 98 Accord have a distributor or a distributorless ignition? Lack of spark can be caused by a number of items, so lets rule out the other easier ones first.

Don't trust the generic descriptions of the codes that AutoZone tells you. If you go to the sticky post on the top of the General Tech Help that says members take a look before posting... on www.tegger.com, they list the codes as:
P1457 Evaporative Emissions (EVAP) Control System Leakage (EVAP Canister System)
P1382 Cylinder Position (CYP) Sensor No Signal
I think that the P1382 would cause you some problems if it isn't working. Did you just take the car to AutoZone, or did they read this before?
I would take the car to AutoZone and have them read the code again to ensure they gave you the right code.
