Question 98 Accord LX 2.3 Dash Lights

I know this is a common problem on these cars, but the dash lights do not work on my car. I pulled a multiplexer from a car at Pull A Part and installed it. Still nothing. I also checked to make sure it wasn't the fuse after doing this.

I pulled the radio so it's not hooked up. Also checked all the bulbs.

What wires do I need to check to make sure there is power going to the dash?

Let us know which bulbs are not working. Just the backlights? How about the turn signal, brake, etc... indicators?

Turn signals, gear selector both work. More or less just the temp, gas & rpm guages don't work

Check/recheck driver's side under-dash Fuse No. 9 (7.5A). If you have a voltmeter, check if there is ~12 volts on both sides of that fuse with the ignition switch in position II (ON) or position III (START).

Power without the fuse in was 11V, same as with it in. I also measured it at the harness connectors.

From L-R - 0, 0, 2, 11, 11

From L-R - 5.5, 0, 0, 0, 0.75, 5, 5, 0

Does this help figure things out any?

What is the voltage measurement on the Yellow wire at terminal no. 11 of Connector B, with the ignition switch in position II (ON) or III (START)?

The Yellow wire should be the wire coming from driver's under-dash fuse no. 9.

It read 0 when I tested it.

Then if there was ~12 volts at both sides of driver's under-dash fuse no. 9 (which I previously ask for you to check; with ignition switch in ON or START position), then there is an open (break) in the yellow wire that runs from fuse no. 9 to terminal B11 at the gauge assembly harness.

If you take some photos of the harness connectors on the rear of the driver's under-dash fuse/relay box, I can try to mark the photos of which harness connector the yellow wire comes from.
