98 Accord Stalling Again
So a while ago my moms lx (f23) had the issue of stalling. Seemed to be mostly when the tank was low. It was the charcoal canister and that was replaced. This solved the problem at first but its happening again. When the car stalls nothing but the green key light shows up on the dash. When restarting the car it takes a little bit for it to start.
The car also will not rev past 5k. This time though, when letting my foot off the gas after revving, the car will stay on, although it will idle rough for a second.
So I did a fuel pump voltage test. No matter what I tried I got 0 volts. Either I was doing it wrong or theres a short somewhere. But that would mean the pump would never work right? I can hear the fuel pump when I turn the ignition though.
I couldnt do a pressure test because I do not have the adapter for the 98 accords. If anyone knows where I can get one thatd be great.
I did a vacuum test as well. What happened was the vacuum stayed consistently at 21 in/hg. As it revved up until about 3500 rpm. At that point it started to drop until 5000 where it went to about 14 in/hg and stayed there as the fuel injectors cut in and out as if it were being redlined.
I checked the fuel pump fuse. It was rather discolored compared to the other fuses, I dont know if that could cause an issue.
The car idles a bit funny. Its at 700 rpm but it sounds a bit off. Timing is fine.
Anyone know what to do?

Can't hurt to test the entire ign system when this happens.
Also know that with the to on - the pump only primes for ~2 seconds....so you have to be quick or creative to test for voltage by yourself
.....but if you can hear it that is just as good.

It seems if it were the fuel pump, its cutting out intermittently. So maybe electrical or ignition. Seems odd that after the charcoal canister was changed the problem went away for a while. But its come back.
