Default 98 Accord V3.0, Re-Starting after Driving Problems

Car: 98 Accord Ex 2-Dr V-Tech 3.0, 160k,
Problem: Intermittant re-Starting problem, only after after driving
Occurs maybe 5-10% of the time when tried restarting
Starter Cranks fine, turns engine fast, no warning lights, full tanks to 1/4
Background:
Owned for 1.5 years and started noticing problem last summaer (9 months ago)
Starts 1st Time after Over-night sitting
Now and then will not re-start after driving.
Let the car sit >30 min and fire's up in 1-2 sec
Noticed mainly during 'Hot / High Sun Exposure',
But today after morning drive for 12 min would not re-start (temp 30F) until it sat for > 30 min. Then restarted fine and within 1-2 sec of cranking. And re-started, restarted, ... atleast 10 trys no further problems

To-Do:
Have searched the HAF and will double check Fuel Cap, Fuel Pump & Relays
Also will check Plugs, Coil, Dist caps, .. the simple basic stuff
Take to Parts House for Fault Code Check

But did notice 1 thing from under-hood check
the IAT Sensor is 'Wet' fairly clean looking oil, will spend some time to check the threads / seal or sensor cracked.

Any other focus Debugging Steps would be appreciated

tks

Sounds like you are on your way.....kind of sounds like the main relay but that is why we have to test things Good luck and let us know what you find.
