Hey guys this my first time posting and need help with fog light install. Im having a problem getting the fog light bracket bolted up. Theres no tabs for the the left side of the bracket, closet to license plate. Any clue how this gets bolted up? I have a 98 lx sedan if it helps. thanks in advanced

I thought I knew how to find the instruction sheet for those, but no luck at first glance. Meanwhile, I'll move this over to General Tech where it'll probably get more attention.

Those are aftermarket fog lights.

For the Honda accessory fog lights, they use an additional sub-bracket for the left side of the bracket.

These are oem fog lights i bought the set from honda years ago. Comes with A B C sub harnesses and all the hardware.

 

Did it have the sub-brackets like in the instructions?

The fog lights with Honda part number 08V31-S82-100 are listed for the coupe, which is the same as the on the box in your photo.

The fog lights with Honda part number 08V31-S84-100 are listed for a sedan.

These are the OEM fog lights without the garnish, which do not require the sub-bracket. Attached are installation instructions for the fog lights without garnish. It does not require the sub-brackets.

Thanks for the info install went good just wired lights to corner lights. They look great. Now time for a retrofit.
