99 Accord AC stops working when hot

For about the past year, my 99 Accord air conditioner stops working whenever it's hot out. Any suggestions?

A bit more info might help? Is the ac clutch "spinning" with the pulley and it just won't cool? Are BOTH rad fans running when the ac is on?

4 or 6 cyl......
