99 Accord spoiler light not working

99 Accord spoiler light not working
All the brake lights work on my car except the spoiler light. I've checked my fuses and they are all good. Does the in cabin light have any affect on the spoiler light working? And if so could anyone instruct me on how to replace the spoiler light?
