Can anyone tell me a way to check to see if the ECM is bad on my 99. I checked it and the injectors won't pulsate.

 

I moved your post to a new thread, because that thread is for a different generation accord. Posting your problem to an existing thread makes it difficult for everyone to read.

You checked that you injectors are not pulsing. There should be two wires on each injector, where one wire is the same color on all the injectors. Does that wire have 12V when the key is in the II position?

Also, please provide us with more information about the symptoms, testing already done, any work/modifications done recently to your car to help us give you better information.

 

Thanks for that, I did check and there is 12v when the key is in the second position. There are no mods completely stock.
