94 Accord Burnt ECU/ ECM

94 Accord Burnt ECU/ ECM
I have a Burnt ECU/ECM What could cause it,it also had the abs and the ssr light
before,it quit running the fuel pump was bad replace it but no start checked the main relay
it was ok followed the flow charts to the ECU pulled the cover off and there it was.
Could some one help .Do not want to frya new one.
