Default 99 honda accord wont start

Ok so I got out of work and went home. I decided to visit my family so I got in the car and turned it on like alwasys. When I was going to leave I tried to turn on the car and it would not crank. I put the key in the ignition and all the lights turn on the battery is good and no fuses are mest up. I push the clutch in and turn the key and it doesnt even make a sound. What can it be?? The battery, fuses and cables have been checked. Does anyone know what it could be thanks in advanced.

Default not starting

check to make sure the positive connection on the starter is clean and tight...also could be something with the clutch...maybe there is a switch somewhere not working and wont allow the starter to engage

You need to see if you have +12 volts on the small wire at the starter when the key is turned to start.

If you have power there then you have a starter problem, if you do not have power there then you have as 1999ex mentioned a possible problem with the clutch safety switch or ignition switch.
