Default ABS light comes on immediately

Hey guys, 1997 Honda Accord EX has ABS light on. Comes on immediately after dash lights come on and stays on. I read and watched some vids on purging and bleeding the ABS unit, and tried it. Theres no pressure whatsoever to push fluid or brake fluid into a bottle. Ive got the relay out and jumpered the 2 pins and the motor runs, but its not purging brake fluid. Could it be that mechanical gizmo that has the bullet shaped metal pieces is stuck? I'm at a loss, but ABS isnt leaking anything. BTW, I tried getting the codes from the blue 2 pin jumper under the glove box, but it didnt work, just blinked couple times and stopped. Thanks for any help you can recommend.

Moved your post to the forum where you'll get replies.

ABS codes have two numbers, like 3-4. The ABS light will turn on for two seconds then pause for two seconds. The you'll havea a series of flashes, a 1 second pause, then flash a second set of flashes. The light will pause for 5 seconds, then flash another coder (or the same code if you only have one code). Count the number flashes in each set to get the ABS code.

I did the jumper on the blue connector under the dash. I couldnt get it to give me any codes. I tried several times, but I'll give it a go again.Thank you for the answer though.
